Test drove a new 2004.5 Ram 2500. Loved the truck but wanted to special order one since they didn't have one with my options. I stressed to them the 6spd, 8 ft bed, quad cab and diesel was important, other options could vary. He refused to price up a truck for me even though I had a dodge.com print-out from home with all the options...clearly marked. He tried numerous times to sell me the one I test drove even though it didn't have the 'must have options'. Bottom line, he said his computers are down and can't price it up. I'll call you back with quote. I left, drove over to Tally's Dodge in Point Pleasant, and priced up the truck I wanted. I ordered it on the spot! [Tally's computers were working :-)]
Circle Dodge called me back approx. 1 week later with a quote........7 days too late hammerhead!!!

charges excessively high prices for material and labor. a basic service appointment turned into a $2500 repair bill for ball joints and traction bar. I doubt I would return for further service work.

Received substantial discount on a "new" 1996 Dodge Caravan because it was used as a demo by the dealer. Warranty service was very good; however, it is a small place, and on some repairs it took one to two weeks to get the needed parts.
