Sales Department does not pressure you to buy and their prices are as good or better than the highway stores. They have two service facilities, we have had a lot better results having my truck repaired in the car service department. Once again there is no pressure trying to sell you repairs you do not need and you get your vehicle back the same day unlike the truck service center that can take two plus days to get the most basic things done. The diesel mechanics seem to have great reputations but that's about it. It is a good feeling when you walk into any part of the dealership and the employees remember your name. It shows they really care about you.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Just found this site while looking for a competent dealer to bring our '97 Grand Carvan SE AWD to replace the transmission for the second time. We brought this car to Corigliano twice and were disappointed both times. The first time was to fix an intermittent electrical problem that stranded the car in several places around Northern NJ and cost hundreds of dollars in towing and rental car charges over a three week period. Corigliano was unable to find or reproduce the problem when the car was towed there. They told us the same thing as two other dealers in the area - "There's nothing we can do. Keep driving the car until the problem is reproducible." The second time we brought the car there for a service recall on the fuel rails. We picked the car up late at night. On the drive home it made noises. I managed to get home and found a number of bolts sitting loose on the strut tower. The bolts were never put back in the alternator mounting brackets. They are forty minutes from our house. Since my wife had to drive all the way back there to have them fix it she did convince them to change the oil at their cost.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
I went there for a stalling problem. They told me it was a fuel pump. So they replaced the fuel pump. Then a week later the car stalls again and won't start. They tell me it's a faulty fuel pump again. They replace the fuel pump. I drive the car for a couple of weeks and the car stalls again and doesn't start. Then they tell me I have a problem with the fuel pump relay. They replace some wiring and a relay. The car is fine for a couple of weeks and the problem happens again. I complain to the Manger why can't they fix the car and the manager named Frank Corigliano says if your not happy get your car the hell out of here. I thought he was very rude and I'm never going back their again. I then took my car to a private Garage and they fixed the car the first time. They told me the fuel line was pinched. I haven't had a problem since. Why couldn't a dealer find this problem?

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I bought my first Dodge Ram 3500 Turbodiesel truck at this dealership in 1996. The sales department is helpful and they don't descend upon you like vultures as is the case with many dealerships in my area. They gave me a good deal on a great truck, and definitely went the second mile in terms of customer satisfaction.
The service department is absolutely first rate. They keep a good supply of parts for Dodge trucks and often offer specials on regular maintenance. Always friendly and helpful, they have excellent mechanics who quickly diagnose and correct problems. When I'm ready to buy my next truck, I'll definitely deal with the Coriglianos. A nice, family run business that cares about its customers. Highly recommended!
