 Sales: bait and switch - boldface lies, lowballs on trade-in Service: incompetent - took truck in for front brake replacement, took 3 days, then told me they had to send rotors out to be turned, because they didn't have equipment, AND tried to charge extra for it.

 Didn't and probably won't buy a vehicle from them but the service department was great. Very polite, clean and knowledgable. I will state a few examples. First example, I took my Ram in to have the oil changed (free for 1 year) and when I got the truck back, I had no antenna. They broke it right off, so I had to make an appointment to come back so that they could extract the broken screw and install a new antenna. Example two, a friend of mine has a Durango which he took in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. When he got it back, there was a huge scratch down the side and they broke one of his wheel studs off. Another example, my Ram is making a clunking noise that is getting worse and appears to be coming from the rear end. I took it to them and they told me that it was "normal gearlash". However, I know several people with Rams and none of them have this "normal gearlash". Would this mean that since mine is normal that all of my friends' Rams are broke? And yet an! other example and probably the worst of all. I received a recall notice stating that the cab and radiator core support bolts were not the proper strength and if I were in a collision the cab could separate from the frame causing injury or perhaps death. So, prior to taking my Ram in to Crown Dodge, I marked 4 of the cab bolts. I dropped the truck off and about 4 hours later they called and said that the bolts were replaced. When I got home I checked the 4 bolts I had marked and they were still there and untouched.
