Absolutely the worst sales department on the planet. How about this. Take an order for a new Dakota and my check, tell me it will be in in 4 - 6 weeks, then when I check up throughout the month I find out that they did not order the truck. In the meantime I sold my car. The dealer then tries the classic Bait and Switch, telling me that for another $1000 they can supply a similar truck. The owner, Matt Bibbo, absolutely refuses to get on the phone. The sales person says they have lots of trouble with other customers orders.
Imagine that ! Avoid this place. We have hired an attorney. These guys deserve to go bankrupt.

I had always taken mine up to Decker Dodge in Hawthorne,NJ up north. Besides being an absolute top notch 5 star service dealer, Sue Decker Bibbo, the owner, is a close family friend - which can mean a couple "perks" here and there. Given the quality I've seen out of Sue and her staff over the years, I'd recommend Decker Dodge in a heartbeat.
