My god, so many scratches on my brand new truck !!! Made me wonder how they treat their cars/trucks. To be fair, eddie, the sales guy, did make efforts at correcting the problem. But, I just got the truck back from their body shop (trying to fix it) with new scratches, burnt paint from too aggressive polishing, and a minor blemish (dripped paint on my bumper, when fixing the original scratches.)
Buying the car was a good experience, gave me what I considered fair but a little bit low price for my trade in. I didn't have to haggle with the trucks price because I have a company plan that allows me to get invoice - 1% without haggling.
Only thing I suggest when buying there is to look at the exact car/truck you are buying and negotiate down according to scratches/blemish.
