mike my salesman was very nice i was looking at 2500 ram and after looking the truck i did not like the truck no power window. i told him that i want power window. but i did not want to go for more money i will be back with in 2 minute mike my salesman take me out side to the truck this truck add everything 2003 1500 slt Laramie. after the next day i call mike and i tell him that my radio does not work right and the brakes make noise the truck has 58000 miles mike said bring the truck back we will fix it . i did the truck got new brakes pads front rotors and kenwood cd radio . did you know that they call me to ask what type of radio i want it. the best is too come two weeks later they call me to ask me to come to the dealer ship so i did they want it to take my truck back and give me a other truck because the person that trade my truck did not tell them that it was a lemon i drove this truck it has no problem and i like my truck and i don't want to give it back ! so the owner give me a letter that if i want it to trade that truck by he will give me the full market value of the truck

The guys at Freehold have been great. I have bought many vehicles from Freehold and they really seem to care. I am actually at the dealership now with a friend. He is buying a new Ram. Christopher the internet sales person turned me on to this web site and I read the comments about all the dodge dealers in the area. I guess you cannot please everybody,but the staff at Freehold Dodge really tries. My salesperson has been there for 19 years and many of the faces are the same.

We don't mind if we are cursed for problems, because we understand there will always be people that get upset with us no matter what the intention. On our section in NJ  there is a person that had a problem with an order. The only problem, the 2002 model year does not offer a club cab 1500. Then below that comment "just anything". Our Ram trucks are not  "just anything". We love our trucks and we order vehicles for people all the time. I just find it interesting the two bad comments relate to each other. (These are the two Feb 15 reports below)

Ordered a stripped out ram 1500 club cab and instead a Ram 1500 SLT appeared!!! unorganized!!! I was so fed up I got my deposit back and told them where to go after waiting 8 weeks for something I did not order and then trying to get me to purchase it!! I told them where to go , got my deposit back and went to Flemington dodge instead! :)

Totally avoided us when wanting to order a vehicle rather than buying "just anything" off their lot.

This place was 5 star all the way. The service has been great and the sales staff actually gave me space to decide what was best for me!
