Brought my Ram there on several occasions. The first time was for leaking intake gaskets and clicking noise coming from under the truck. They replaced the gaskets and left front u-joint; the clicking noise continued. Second time was for the same ticking noise under the truck. The differential yoke was replaced but noise continued. I was told that they wear out all the time. Returned the truck for the same problem. Stated that it was from the rear but they believe nothing is wrong with the rear and can't hear anything. The rear end completely fails on a trip 2 months later. Had another shop (Jasper installer) replace it. Recently, brought it there for a stumble or miss at cruise. They can't seem to find anything wrong but find a bad belt tensioner and fan clutch. Find later that they can't even do that right. When I ask for the money I spent on labor returned, all i get is a run-around. Don't count on ever talking to the Service Manager because you will never get through to him/unavailable and he certainly won't return your calls. Left two messages for the General Manager and still no return call. I sure wasted my money thinking that the Service Department at a 5-Star dealer would be top notch. Don't your waste money there.
