I found the service to be efficient and timely. The service department kept me informed every step of the way when assessing what was wrong with my vehicle. Once the problem was diagnosed, the repairs were done in the stated time frame, which permitted me to arrange for proper transportation while the vehicle was being worked on. I bought the used truck from Martin Dodge and did not feel pressured or overwhelmed into buying the vehicle. It was actually what made me buy the vehicle from Martin Dodge( I had been looking for approximately two weeks, visiting five different dealerships)

Received great deal, but swear truck came off carrier, washed and delivered to me without checking anything. Sales dept pretty good if you go in with info.(dealers cost, trade-in value, etc. Service depts. reply when asked about noise when shifting into reverse,"They all do that" And this from ten feet away without getting out of his chair!! Trust me they all DON'T do that.

First off the sales person was fine. He did an excellent job in explaining the vehicle really thorough. So we bought the 1996 2500 v10 ram. The told me if anything was wrong with it in the first month(bumper to bumper) to bring it back and they would fix it I said OK.(I also paid for a 3yr warranty on powertrain). After driving the ram for a few weeks I noticed a clank in the rear and when switching from drive to reverse they told me that was normal( I am also a mechanic by trade and that is usually the universal joint.) I also had a problem with the passenger seat not sliding it would just not move when I pulled the lever. They did fix it but they told me I broke it. (OK whatever)and then the brakes the rotors were out of shape they told me that they cut the rotors but when I went to change the spark plugs they were RUSTED IN THERE!! but I'm sure they cut the rotors...(not) I had the 3yr warranty transferred to a different dealership Berlin Chrysler and Plymouth! they are excellent and handle dodge trucks just fine and get this their service parts are cheaper in price than Martin dodge. Don't go to Martin for service!!
