This Dealer really bites the BIG one. They close their doors with no notice to customers and now I have to find a new dealer to service my vehicles.

Dealership closed without notice, nice just leave their customers without notice, would like to know why they did that. have bought, between my brother and I, 4 cars there.

Avoid this dealership! When we bought our new 2003 Grand Caravan the sales person seemed very non-interested, and even tried to sell us a lower model than the one we wanted. When we went to pick up our brand new vehicle it was dusty inside and had bird droppings outside, also the visor anchors were cracked. When we brought the vehicle in to have the visor anchors replaced we were told they would have to order them and they would call us when they came in. We never got a call. This is nothing more than the poorest of customer service all around.

about 3 months ago was told by sales department there would be an early termination on my lease with 3 months to go and now that time has come i called the dealer about this because i was going to lease another dodge but instead was told i have to pay the remaining 3 months my self and the sales man was very arrogant and did not want to be bothered and i needed a part for my truck called the service department and they to did not want to be bothered i am in the heavy duty truck field i deal with sales man and service managers all day and these people are bad i will not lease another dodge i am going to turn my truck in when the lease is up and am going to lease a chevy trailblazer gmac are customer friendly and offer there customers more programs thank you.
