Difficult to get a price commitment. They needed 3 different salesmen to get a price. The Interest rate changed several times, as well as other misc charges. Vehicle wasn't ready on the predetermined pickup date, I had to wait 6 hrs to get it! Sleazy tactics mixed with poor performance.
Why would I use the Service Department? I love Dodges, just not the dealer. Would never recommend

horrible experience, the "toy store" is a rip-off factory that doesn't back up their product, the sales staff is incompetent and after my purchase, i wished i had never even heard of this dealership
do not buy @ oasis dodge!!!!!!

We stopped in early in our search; husband wanted truck, wife wanted minivan. Salesman with bad attitude couldn't be bothered to show us both. Refused to answer simple questions like 'what do the extra cab Rams start at?' His response was the only way to get a price was to chose a vehicle and then he'd work up some numbers. Salesman abrupt & rude. We left without buying.

Went to this dealer to by a dodge truck with check in hand. Sales guy said it would take a day to get the financing in order. Well seven days later and eight to nine phone calls later still no resolution. The dealer never called back and had a "what ever" attitude when I called them again today. Their final response was financing thinks you should put down more on the vehicle. When I asked how much they did not know. For the most part if they can not finance you through the car manufacture they do not want your business. Do not expect a call back and expect to be treated as an inconvenience. Their sales must be through the roof if they think this is acceptable.

Purchased 3 cars from Oasis, prices were always fair, just what I wanted to pay. However, watch for BS insurance they try to sell you and be aware of current interest rates as they will no doubt try to hike that up on you. Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. Appts are hard to come by, cars are not done when they are supposed to be. Most recent vehicle was in the shop 5 times because proper repairs were not made the first time! Avoid their service dept if at all possible.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, I purchased my new Dodge Intrepid online from Linda S. She was very prompt and polite with our phone conversations. When I arrived at the Dealership, my vehicle was already cleaned and waiting for me. It was an extreme pleasure to deal with Oasis, I did not have to play any games, their prices were listed right there on their website. It was a true pleasure to deal with Oasis through their Internet Department. Its a Pleasure to deal with Oasis - just go to their website, and enjoy the experience.

Sales=Avoid, , Service=Poor, no specific dealer comments I am so sorry I was fooled into believing that America was finally producing quality vehicles. This nonsense about Ford vs Chevy vs Dodge is all nonsense--THEY ALL SUCK!!! My Dodge truck has been nothing but problems from day one. I had paint problems, tranny noises, loose parts in engine, outside drivers side mirror that shakes so much it is unusable. I have dealt with two dealerships and they don't have a clue on how to treat a customer. I have called their 800 customer service number and they a worse than the dealerships. I will now wait till Toyota or Nissan makes a full size truck and I will dump this piece of *&%$#%^* Dodge truck.
