Great no hassle and price was acceptable. Service has been accommodating, even though I have been there 8 times for various problems with the vehicle. First the tires were bad, we warrantied 2 of them, then the windshield wipers quit working so we changed the motor, next the headlights only worked on high beams. The Durango is a piece of crap, but that is the Manufacturers Fault..not Remsen. At 27k, I need tires, so we'll see what Strauss does for me from here on out.

No hassle no pressure sales staff. A pleasure to deal with. The same can be said about the service department. I have purchased two vehicles there in the past three years and am very happy on both accounts.

Sales department bends over backwards to make you feel welcome, no vultures jumping down your throat when you walk onto the lot. Excellent pricing on new vehicles and as a repeat customer, I've bought three vehicles over the years, treat me more like family. Stable staff, not a high turn around. Service is friendly, honest and quick, and stands behind their work. Parts department is well stocked and special orders are quick.
Worth the trip from anywhere within 100 miles, or more.

Walked in told sales what I wanted worked out a lease deal and I was out of there. Couldn't be any easier.

Bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi with sport package. They worked with me to get the numbers to where I was happy with, I felt no pressure at all and was able to get a great deal.
I'll be trying there service soon for my first oil change, let's see what happens.
