These guys are great.. I purchased my car out of state since due to availability but am doing service with these guys. Parts and Service guys are great with warranty work and repairs. Service manager is great and sales guys lend a hand if someone's out.
I had problems with my original out of state dealer and these guys are going to help me out. I buy cars for service and location. These guys are great with service and there 3 blocks away from my NYC train. Early drop off and late pickup works for me great.

I've bought 3 vehicles from Riegler Dodge in the past few years. The sales dept, Mark, & Joey, go above and beyond what is expected.
The service dept is also top notch! I called up late in the day to try and get my truck serviced for a trip I was leaving on the next day. Even though they were booked up for the day, they had a Tech stay late to service my truck, and Joey is sales, stayed late so I could pick it up that eve, instead of having to rush in in the morning!
These guys are great and get my best recommendation! 2 Thumbs Up!!

Pretty small dealership. Salesman was straight with me and really helped me out. I told him I had really good financing (I did). He made a few calls and got me even better terms (1/4% lower on same loan for same length). After being lied to at Automall in Springfield (?), NJ, I was very happy. Also, they charged very little for the miscellaneous fees (documentation, etc). Regarding service, the only downside is that they are very small and do not have as much advanced equipment as do the larger dealers. However, the personal service is great. Mathias, the new service manager, is willing to go out of his way to make sure you are happy. I've already had a 2000 Durango in twice for warranty service (paint defect, slightly damaged rubber trim around window). He really took care of me and the truck.
