I ordered a part from the dealership and then realized I did not need it, one
hour later. They told me the part would take 10 days to get in. They refused
to cancel the order. I offered to pay a restocking and shipping fee and they
told me that the fee would be $450.00 (the price of the part). I was treated
with ignorance by the parts manager. The owner could have cared less, he informed
me that someone was going to be stuck with the part and wasn't going to be him.
It is a shame that customer care and satisfaction is not a priority. I would
have ordered more parts from them in the future but not now.

My wife and I have had our vehicles at the Service Department, both of us within
the last few weeks. We both took our vehicles to our own independent auto repair
shop. They told us what was wrong with our vehicles. My wife's Durrango has
4 bad ball joints,we paid for the Extra warranty (PLUS) they told us that only
two needed to be replaced and the other two are "O.K". I have a RAM
1500 and my CATALITIC CONVERTER's inside are loose and making this loud metal
to metal sound.The service department said they tested and can't replace it
just because it is making a noise. My truck only has 77,000 miles on it. We've
had these vehicles to two more auto repair shops and the told my wife to stop
driving her's because the two ball joints that they didn't replace are so Bad
it's not safe.

with Spirit Dodge of Swededboro's Service department we will probably never
buy another Dodge product if this is what "WE GET" for going there.
I just want my vehicles fixed, it's what we paid for.

Went the distance to sell me a Truck knowing what I could REALY afford. Pulled
no punches. They worked hard to get a great price that would fit my budget without
selling me a stripped down truck. I got several good options on the SLT that
I bought. Service department is friendly and helpful. Parts counter ordered
parts with a phone call order and no deposit. This is good business to do with
a customer that bought their car or truck there. A+++ Dealership all of the
way Sales, Parts and service. As long as Dodge keeps building great trucks I'll
continue to make all of my purchases at Spirit Dodge.
I haven't scheduled a drop off for this yet. I figured I have an oil change
coming up and will request a look over then.
