Part order and came in, then took the service dept. a month from when the part came in to get the work on the air conditioning, and in regards to the transmission I was told when the truck is undriveable they would fix it. And to this day has not been back there nor will ever buy and recommend a dodge.
This dealership in the past has worked on my truck and replaced front end parts but did not align the steering after replacing the front end parts causing a pull and wear on the tires. This dealership employees are incompetent and they do not have the tools to do the job right, i have turned several people away from mopar product because of this dealership performance.

Bob M sold me a xg350 not only provided my with great sales but both times I had my oil changed he not only remembered me but he also remembered my wife's name. I am going to celebrate my 40th birthday this month and he sent a card but not only that he remembered it when I went in again to get serviced. Thanks to Sport Hyundai for making my sales experience one of the best.

Sales people were outstanding. I called them right after Thanksgiving weekend, letting them know what I was looking for. In less than two weeks, not only did they find what I was looking, but with many more extras as well. I had no idea how hard it was to find a 99 2500 4x4 Quadcab with an 8' bed. Once they found it, they had to do a dealer trade to get it. The salesman called me up and asked if I would like to go with him to get it, and I did. He even let me drive it back his dealership. I do not of many dealerships that would take you on the dealer trade. Let alone let you drive it back. To this day I still get calls from that same salesmen asking me how the truck and I am doing. May not sound like much, but he is in NJ and I I live in Virginia. I for one can not stand salesman or dealerships, but Sport Hyndai / Dodge and the salesman are top notch in my book!! Do not know about their maintenance department as I use a dealership here in VA.
