Just ordered my 4th vehicle from them since 1989. All my major service is done there. The only dealer I have ever trusted and send my friends there.

Service Department was off on their quote by $3 short of 10%.Which added up to over $100 difference in final price. Only approved certain dollar amount of work to be done. Went $115 dollars over that without my approval. Have yet to resolve since Service MGR has not called me back. Would not reccomend - not worth $72 hour labor

Follow up to "had my own financing" post (two down from here) with regard to the service department. This dealer continues to please. Unfortunately for me I've got one of the 'winner' transmissions and have been in several times having service done on it. The dealer is very thorough going over my detailed descriptions of my symptoms, even when submitted in writing and delivered by my wife. If they have any questions at all, they call me right away. The work is always performed promptly and I've gotten my truck back running better than new each time I've used them. The truck comes back at least as clean as it was when it went in, and from all indications any service work they've done is done very well. No evidence of stripped bolt heads or other sloppiness. After service is completed, the service reps are very thorough explaining what was wrong and what was done to fix the problem, there's never any hesitation to get the mechanic for more detail if needed. Unfortunately I've been in a bit too often, but fortunately the experience due to the quality of the dealer has been positive each time. Can't add much more than I've already said. If you are in the market for a Ram, check these guys out.

Had my own financing, was in and driving out in <4hrs. No hassle negotiating, outstanding prices and from a small family dealership. Parts dept. was helpful and actually verified each MOPAR number as my wife called in the order. No idea on the service dept. yet.
