Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
Bought 2 Vehicles at same time. 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel and 2007 Dodge Grand
Caravan. Actual sale for the 2006 Ram was pretty good except I was told they
would have a bed liner for me in about 3 days and 3 weeks later I still have
no bed liner, every time I call I'm told by my sales person that he talked to
parts department in A.M. and it will be there by 5pm same story every day. When
it came to my wife's van that's were everything went downhill. Changed up the
interest rate, bothered me a little. She wanted rear entertainment system and
self starter installed, they tell us they would need it for 1 day maybe 1 and
1/2 days. They had it for 3 Entertainment system missing RCA connection and
the self starter didn't work so they had to pick it up the next day to fix the
self starter, still missing the RCA connection. They say they are looking into
it. On top of that I find out that they put approx 100 miles on the van burned
a 1/4 tank of gas and everything is aftermarket not installed by Dodge or Dealership.
