Serviced my car there, and suddenly experienced problems with Heating/cooling unit. Decided to trade in car and purchase another one, sales dept was horrible! Would not match price for a like vehicle that I saw at another dealership. They just suggested that I purchase that one, if the price was so good. So I did!!

When I brought the van in for re-call service, the service desk asked me to service a ton of un-related costly items. After I declined politely, they took revenge by sabotaging the van's cooling system. The cooling system is a closed system, but they left it open with the cooling cap un-locked. This caused the engine over-heating. Well, a dealership relies on this type of criminal behavior should never be trusted. I found the overheating problem a week after Warnock serviced it. Please avoid service department if you can. If you have similar stories, please post them here. This will help preventing future horror stories happening in Warnock's service department.

Everything that could have gone wrong with sales did. We set an appointment and I still waited over an hour as he ran from person to person. Lying about trade in value, final price, etc.. was just the beginning. Arguing with finance about percentage rate knowing we have practically the best credit available. Car was not ready when it was agreed to be picked up. I came back the next day to a filthy brand new car that appeared as if someone 4 wheeled in the mud. The salesman asked if we were kidding when we told him we found that unacceptable and we would like it washed. Problem with brand new car before we drove it off the lot. We were told if we purchased it, they could get me to and from work with their van service when I needed to bring the car in for service. That was a lie as well. They did not go to our area and the salesman never checked before he promised that to me. I have returned twice and have to again. What a hassle. No offer of a loaner car either, unless I paid. Service diagnosed the problem before I bought it and once I brought it in for service, it is now something else. Annoying and dishonest sales and finance, service very questionable. Not only will I not return, but I feel the need to inform potential what I call "victims"

I bought an '04 Chrysler T&C Touring Van. I love it! I haven't had my van serviced there but the day I bought my van I would say I received good business. I would return there and in fact I'm going back there to buy another car. When I bought my van, I had traded in my Toyota Echo (which we loved). About a couple of weeks to one month later we decided to buy the car back if they still had it. Indeed they still had it, posted it on the internet to sell for $4,000 but when I wanted to buy it back from them, they sold it back to me for what they gave me on the trade-in price.
I was stunned that they did that. I'm not sure if they had to, but I don't think that they did....but anyway, I would recommend them. I'll let you know what happens with the new car that I want to buy...hopefully I get the same service!

I went 3 times for warranty work & every time they hit me with a fat bill. One was 550. & one was 875. They fix & clean everything then want to pay for it even if you didn't OK the work.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
I own two Chrysler vehicles (please don't ask why)and have brought them in for various work over the past three years. This is not a knock against the Chrysler Corporation (or as it is now known, DaimlerChrysler). But over those three years, I have had mostly terrible experiences with the service department. Here's a brief top line of the problems I've had:

  1. Car continued to experience problems after Warnock stated the problem had been fixed.
  2. Car "mysteriously" developed other problems hours after picking up the car from Warnock.
  3. Warnock "forgot" to fix a problem, even when the service advisor detailed it in the service report.
  4. Warnock service advisors claim that they spoke with me and received approval for work, even when I never spoke with them.
  5. The car is filthy after the work is done.

This August I had the car in for a/c work. After taking apart the dashboard, they mechanics really dirtied up the windows. And they weren't cleaned. I'll add more as I think of them. Just recently I had a problem with our van where some dashboard lights refused to light up. Instead of bringing the van to Warnock, I opted to bring it to a local gas station where the friendly mechanic discovered a loose wire under the hood. Whew! Spared a horror trip to Warnock. Actually the Warnock service advisors are very nice. They're pleasant, they don't talk back or down to my wife. They just lack the necessary skills in dealing with the mechanics. I think they need to verify that the work that needs to be done IS done.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know
Good - but can be hard to get a live person on the phone in the sales department.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
