I bought my HEMI Ram from this dealer and they treated me great. I then bought a new 2005 ST-10 Yellow Fever from another dealer. Why? Because only certain dealers were allotted these special edition trucks and Werner's was not one of them. I tried having Werner get me one but they could not. I asked if they would be my servicing dealer since I want this special edition and have to buy it from another dealer. Werner's completely blew me off and want nothing to do with me.
What idiots. Lose a recurring customer for service (Hey werner, oil changes on my truck are $110) just because they did not make revenue on selling me a vehicle which is stupid because recurring revenue for service is a lot more money to them. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.
My new SRT-10 Ram kicks a-- and I am glad to pay another dealer other then Werner Dodge to service it.

Excellent buying experience. Excellent customer service. Do the motor vehicle work onsite instead of waiting 2 weeks as with most dealers. No high of site DOC fees. Doors had scratches in the paint. Body shop wet sanded the areas then polished. Looks perfect!!
