Purchased new truck in '99. Sales a little pushy. Overcharge for for title and registration. Charged for audible alarm that we told them we didn't want and was never installed. Service Dept much better. Always friendly. Had recall items fixed. Always had vehicle done when said. All warranty work completed without hassle. Never treated like a dumb "GIRL"

Worst experience ever buying a car. They were dishonest,deceitful condescending, unprofessional and had a "take it or leave it" attitude. Agreed to one price, then put another on the paperwork. Ended up walking out and going to another dealer. They lied from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. STAY AWAY!!!!

They wanted me to pay 23,000 for a Dodge neon SRT-4 which is only 19,995 at sticker. Avoid like the plague, they will try to bait and switch you....

Don't like the way woman are treated. I am an able bodied person who just wanted to purchase a vehicle and I was not happy with the service.

It took them 3 trips to fix the steering problem on my Dodge.....

I originally went to Woodbridge Dodge to buy my truck, but they wanted a deposit before they would give me a price or even tell me if the truck was available. I purchased it elsewhere.   Long tail of service incompetence, refusal to perform warranty work, etc.   DO NOT GO TO WOODBRIDGE DODGE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

Had a problem with my 1500, 35,250 miles, rear axle noise. Replaced all bearings and gears. One week later had same problem. Seems they forgot to put gear lube in the axle after repairs. Rebuilt again. Now driving around a few weeks later drive shaft comes off along with pinion nut and washer. Now what does that tell you?
