I recently had a radiator and transmission job done at Marsh Motors Grand Falls-Windsor. The radiator wasn't covered under the warranty but the transmission was. It cost me $640.40 for the radiator job plus $114.00 deductible on the transmission job. After picking up my car I noticed it was leaking transmission fluid. I notified Robert (A BIG A HOLE) who is the service advisor and he told me it was normal and it would go away in a couple of days. The problem was actually the rear differential plate was not siliconed properly when it was serviced by Marsh Motors. Robert (A BIG A HOLE) was trying to cover his ass and charge me another deductible of $114.00 and fix the problem under warranty. After spending $754.40 I then had to spend another $52.88 at a local garage to fix what Marsh Motors screwed up. I would never take another vehicle to Marsh Motors again, it was the worst service I've ever received in my life. I've been a great Chrysler customer since 1998 but I will never buy a Chrysler again thanks to Robert at Marsh Motors.

I've bought both cars and trucks from this dealership before but roughly 18 months ago I went in to buy a new truck and discovered the new car manager ( Paul Marsh ) turned out to be a real a**hole . While they are considered to be a large dealership for newfoundland they only had one new 4x4 regular cab in stock . I took out the truck and fell in love with it , I told Mr. Marsh I wanted a new truck but not this one . I wanted a diesel reg cab , 4x4 loaded . Without even talking about the price he said No , his argument was ..... I have one new reg cab on the lot and I'm not going to order another one until that one sells . We argued over the truck but his mind was made up , I even offered to wait until he had searched Atlantic Canada ( other chrysler dealerships ) for one . I also said if he could find one he could ship it in or I would fly up and drive it home . He gave me a flat know . I went on a search myself and bought a truck in Nova Scotia in the next week , It was everything I wanted except diesel . The truck was 18 months old and such a good deal I couldn't pass it up . I drove this truck home and put it in the dealership for an oil / filter / grease and checkup but was told by the service manager ( Dennis Power ) that Mr. Marsh told him that if my truck went in his shop his job was gone . I now have to travel 60 miles to the next dealership for service . Mother Chrysler was no help at all . My father had bought 3-4 trucks from this dealership also , because of the service shown me he bought a new Grand cherokee last august at another dealership . He too now has been turned down for service and cannot buy an oil change in the shop . Last week he bought another new truck but went to the dealership 60 miles away.
There are a lot of people in our town that have complained to mother chrysler about marsh motors but nothing has or cannot be done . Most say they will not buy a chrysler product again .
