Sales=Good, Service=Good, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
We have bought many new vehicles from them, I believe 5 new and one used. Have always had good prices, and nice people.
Dodge is the best. plain and simple. Duramax sucks, Powerstokes are even worse. Dodge is the only way to go.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Bought another Ram from them and the pricing/experience was better than the last time as we both knew what we wanted from each other. No harassing/double talk/etc; just a get to the point and how can we match prices. Was told about or asked if I qualify for any of the "hidden" rebates (those that only the dealer knows about) which saved me more $$'s. The service dept got the extras installed and got me on the road in 1 day (had to come back for the wash/clean-up, but that was my choice). Stayed a little beyond quitting time to ensure all was done correctly. Great people if treated like you want to be treated. This extended to others that were there throughout the day (arrived @ 8:30am and left with the new unit @ about 6:45pm) so saw a lot of interaction. The parts dept went out of way to see if all the accessories were avail and if not when they would be (to eliminate extra trips to pick them up). They now do Rhino spray-on liners and because of this can give a good price for this work (in my opinion). Thanks ED, Rob, Dave and others.
If DC could get all the 5 star dealers to treat us customers like the "Boyzs from the country", then most visits would not have to be "disruption" to good days.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Bought a '99 Stratus; a '92 Cavalier; a '98 Ram CTD from Marco Martinez at Auge's. Marco doesn't pressure anyone to buy anything - he listens to what you are looking for and shows you something in that price range/vehicle type. Only visited their service department twice - both times because of work done at Zangara. The first time a new serpentine belt on my Stratus started coming apart about 500 miles after Zangara put it on (probably a bad belt) but Auge's replaced it free of charge. The second time, Auge's diesel mechanic (Danny) was able to "fix" my slipping transmission/torque converter with a re-flash in 30 minutes when Zangara couldn't (wouldn't) fix it in five visits (including 2 separate test drives with their mechanic and shop foreman) and three times in their shop. Auge's was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I'll be taking my two Dodges back to them.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Made several trips there for my 95 Dodge over there 5 years that I have owned it, actually its been about 10 trips. The only reason I kept going back was because the other service departments in Albuquerque were just as bad (Melloy, Zangara). I swear I really think that the Auggie boys are crooks! Dodge sucks! But they are sooooo cool when they run , if you can get very far.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
I priced used trucks there and was appalled at the prices, a person could buy a NEW truck at a dealership that was competitive for the same price that they ask for a two year old truck and there is absolutely no dealer prep they are dirty, filthy and most reek inside of tobacco smoke. I have heard that their service dept. also is terrible. Stay away from Auge's and phone around even if you have to go out of state; I found a dealer in the Phoenix area that was $6000 cheaper on a loaded 2000. Diesel 4wd.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Bought 4 units from them and have always been treated above average (only 1 being new). No hounding sales persons, Service dept has been extra careful to ensure work was satisfactory and they have done the "show & tell" for the work (seen others get the same treatment while I was there) being done. Mechanics are OK to excellent (diesel mech is best I have talked to at all 4 dealers - Corleys, Melloy, Zangara). Cares to do work "correctly" first time. Will assist with problem/diagnosis to correct it. Had the eng stumble (before TSB - had the reflash and it fixed it), RR axle seal leak, bad lift pump, bad fuel gauge (in that order). I consider all of these as minor, as they were fixed correctly the first time. Dealer informed me about any costs involved before work and provided transportation as needed.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Took my 99 2500 turbo diesel to have an oil leak fixed. It was leaking from oil drain plug. It took three visits and a broken fan shroud and scratched front bumper paint from some expert standing on it to get it fixed. They did have a very nice person give me a ride home every time, which was nice . She new the way to my house very well. They are very high priced on new and used vehicles, but the sales people are very nice. Over all I would not recommend the service department. Belen NM is a small town and we need a good dodge service center.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
