I tried to buy a 2001.5 truck there and they did not know about mid year changes affecting the 2001 model (e.g., 4-wheel disk brakes, etc.) and they also told me that there were not rebates or financing incentives available from DC. I told them that the DC web page claimed 0.9% financing was available and they told me the web page is "frequently wrong." I tried Advantage Dodge in Farmington NM and got exactly the truck I wanted for $140 over invoice and 0.9% financing (guess the web page WAS right after all).  As far as service, the department seems to perform with an acceptable level of skill, but has difficulty scheduling work. They do not ask (and will not record if you force it on them), what work you need done. Rather they tell you to just show up early in the AM. I've made two dedicated trips for front end alignment and each time they were unable to perform the service either because of equipment problems or personnel absence. The last time I even called the day before my scheduled service to verify they could and would do the work.

They wouldn't let us test drive the vehicle. The salesman was lazy that he drove us around to look at cars (this is one of the smallest dealerships). He almost hit a brand new truck, and almost hit a customer in the parking lot. He told us that we didn't know how to do math. He could have sold us the car, but he wanted to charge more to get a little extra commission (I went home a figured out the payments and it was in the scope of what we wanted, but they told us it wasn't). I would not ever shop here again.
