Sales=Poor, Service=Good, I still say the dealer could be doing more for me!! Pushing DaimlerChrysler to take the truck back. At least the service manager has the balls to stand up!! Over $ 10,000. in warranty repairs and still not fixed, over 20 plus things still wrong/defects with the truck. Its really bad, but DaimlerChrysler been no help at all!. After always wanting one of these trucks, I finally can afford to get one - and guess what: it's a piece of junk. No one can fix it yet! 3 front ends, rear end noise, water leaking in cab, so on so !! What makes matter worse is, I print off some of your site problems and repairs for my truck and they used it to fix my truck. We’re proud to own a Dodge !!!!!! We love our truck!!
