First of all I notice that Rick Wieble wrote a survey here. Hum.. He is one of the service managers @ United Dodgeland. Imagine that!!!!! bought a 07 Caliber, wonderful car. had damage to both doors some one had scratched their name in the car, said that they would fix it. it has already been painted 4 times and is going to have to go back again. the first time I took it in the service guy told me that they had to paint it twice
because of the humidity (ok that's fair enough no big deal) got it back there was overspray on the windshield. there was still tape goo on my car, some kind of compound dust all over, you could still see the marks right through the paint. looked like crap. I called my service guy and asked if he had even looked @ it before he called me. He said he had and thought it looked great and I told him I thought it looked like poo. He told me to go ahead and take it and make another appt. So I documented with the service tech who was there. Took the car back to be painted again. got the car back and the edges of the doors were not even painted and the paint was already peeling when I got there. Took the car again made another appt. I live 120miles away from Vegas. So they take it in again and are going to FIX IT RIGHT. Ha. I get it back the edges of the door still are not great. Of course now I need my car for a couple weeks. I start looking thinking that maybe something is rubbing and causing the paint to come off. So then I also notice that when they taped the car and cut the tape with a knife that they cut the door seal. So when I make the paint appt. and deliver the car for them to work on I also tell them about the door seal. What do you think they replace? the window seal! Now I may be a woman but I do know the difference between Door and Window seal. So now I have to bring it back because they need to order a door seal. and they got the compound on the plastic molding inside my car. Looks like poo. Take it back for the door seal and so they can get the compound out of the textured molding. do all that. Presently I am getting ready to make another appt to get the paint that is chipping off my door repaired again. I am afraid because it always comes back with something new wrong.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
My son will be starting school on September 7, 2006. In order to get him to school I needed to purchase a vehicle. So, on August 15, 2005 I took a day off of work and I went to Dodgeland, USA to purchase a 1992 Ford Escort from your company for a cash total, including fees, of $1,800.00. I was told that the car needed struts, and with the knowledge that I was receiving "a safety certified vehicle", went ahead and gave Dodgeland, USA the okay to send my new pre-owned car to get the necessary repair it needed. They sent it to Midas and I paid an additional $253.00 to have the struts repaired. I bought a full tank of gas and then proceeded home. Unfortunately, the car I purchased had a significant gas leak. The car leaked 1/2 tank of gas onto the drive in front of my home. I contacted Dodgeland who indicated that due to safety issues I should return the car immediately and they would provide me with a car of equal or better value.
On Friday the 18th I took off of work early and returned the car. In fact, I was provided with an even trade, or so I thought, a 1996 Saturn. After driving for about 10 or 15 miles on the freeway the car lost speed, I couldn't go above 30 miles an hour. (The freeway is not the place you want something like this to happen.) Frustrated, I contacted Dodgeland and they came and picked up the vehicle on Monday, the 21st. After speaking with a representative of Dodgeland, USA, yet again, I was told that if they could not replace this vehicle with a car of equal or better value, my money would be returned to me. However, I would only be reimbursed an amount of $1,800. I advised that I expected a full refund including the $253.00 I paid for the strut repairs. As this work would not have been completed had I known the car had an existing issue i.e. a gas leak. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was on vacation and no one was available who could authorize the reimbursement of the money I paid to Midas. Needless to say I am very frustrated. I was told that the car would be guaranteed for thirty days from the date of purchase, in consideration of this, I expected that the monies I put forth were part of the guarantee. I also expected that the car(s) would actually be safe and running. I am extremely disappointed at the treatment I have been given and am making a formal complaint with regard to this situation. I was told to give the representative until Monday, August 28, 2006 to find a car of equal or better value, of which I did. But with school quickly approaching, I could not take the risk and wait longer than that. Therefore, on August 28, 2006 I went to Dodgeland and, as promised, they provided me with my check, for $1,800.00. The manager was again not available for me to speak with.
I am so upset about this situation and frankly the only acceptable resolution is to provide me with a full refund of all monies paid out of my pocket for this car. I am not requesting reimbursement for the money I lost from work in order to have returned the unsafe vehicle I was sold, however, if I must take you to court to obtain my refund you can rest assured that this money will be included in the refund request. I enclose copies of receipts and respectfully request a prompt resolution to this matter.
Respectfully, Unsatisfied Customer

I had my front brakes replaced 12-2-06 on my 2003 Ram Quad Cab, when I got into the truck and started pumping the brake pedal they were spongy, in fact the brake pedal touched the floor board a few times. I told the service manager about them only to be told (insisting) that the brakes needed to seat themselves and after a while it would be fine. At that point I left because I was getting no where except mad. I drove the truck and in slow stopping situations they felt like the way new brakes should but in panic situation I barley was able to stop at all with the pedal hitting the floor. I paid $289.00 for front brakes to endanger my life as well as my family's. Never will I ever go to this dealership again or recommend it to others.

I Purchased a Mopar DVD Entertainment system for my 2005 Durango. I Took it to Dodgeland USA to be installed. I was told it would be labor cost only. I dropped off at 8 AM was called at 9:10 AM and told it was completed. I went to pick up and was given a bill for $426.89 for 1 hr and 10 min. labor. When i questioned I was told they charge book time and because the Book states it should take 4 hrs however their tech is experienced enough to do it in 1 hr. I paid the bill, left and when I got home and proceeded to wash the vehicle I found 2 screws through the roof of my new Durango.
I returned to the dealership and spoke to Robert their General Manager. He set up an Appt for 2 days later for me to drop it off and have them send it to the body shop for repairs. The next day I received a call from a young lady from the dealership asking how my service experience was. I proceeded to explain to her how I was very disappointed and upset that now my new vehicle has to be sent to the body shop and repaired. I stated to her that I had stopped payment on my check until such time as my Vehicle is repaired. Several Minutes later I received a call from Robert screaming at me saying they will not be blackmailed and he has no intension of repairing my vehicle until my check clears. I explained to him that this is my only recourse in assuring my vehicle is repaired and I have no problem paying for the work performed once my vehicle is repaired. I also made it known to him that if They were a true 5 star dealership that some type of adjustment should be made on the price they had charged me because they had damaged my vehicle. If they would have spent the 4 hrs to install the system that they charged em for and not rushed it in 1 hr to make more profit then perhaps my vehicle would not have screws through the roof. He then stated to me that he would not repair the vehicle and our conversations were over until my check clears and hung up on me.
I contacted Dodge Customer service and was told to call back and ask to speak with Tom Siatta the owner, I called back and left a message for Mr Siatta to call me back. Within 10 minutes Robert had called me back and stated to me that he was part owner and that Mr Siatta does not deal with customers and mr Siatta would not be returning my call and hung up. I contacted Dodge Customer service once again and they stated they would forward my complaint to their regional office.
3 days later I again contacted Dodge and was told that Dodgeland would contact me and repair the vehicle and I could pay when completed. Approx 2-3 days later I received a call from Robert asking me why I had not dropped the vehicle off for repair several days before. I reminded him that he had stated to me that he "Will not repair the vehicle of have any further conversations until my check clears". He then tried to back peddle and acted like the conversations did not occur and stated as long as I lifted the stop payment on the check he would repair it.
I immediately contacted the bank and lifted the stop payment on the check. The vehicle was dropped off and a loaner vehicle was given. The vehicle was dropped off on a Tuesday and was told it would be done that Friday, The vehicle was not repaired for 1 1/2 weeks and when my wife went to pick up they were refusing her check, they stated they wanted cash only. My wife became upset and called me at work crying I spoke with the Service writer and he said they would only accept cash. I explained to him that I was told by Robert that as long as I lifted the stop payment then everything was good. The service writer still stated they would accept cash only and my wife could go to the bank and get the cash, I asked to speak to Robert and was told he was Out of Town.
I explained to them that we had been unconvinced enough and I should not even have to pay for this since it was a faulty install which resulted in damage to my vehicle. If they wanted paid they could either accept the check my wife has written or she would just leave in their loaner vehicle and we would fight it out with Dodge and an Attorney. They finally accepted the check and my wife left with the vehicle.
I now have a 2005 Durango with a repainted roof and paint runs on the roof all from a so called 5 star Dodge Dealership. Beware this dealer does not provide 5 star service and especially does not provide very good customer service.

My husband and I traded my 2000 honda civic in for a 2003 chevy S-10 and e brought it home with a good contract and then 2 weeks later they called us and said we needed 1200.00 more dollars to put down for a down payment after they gave us 7000. for my honda.at that point we were ready to turn it back in. they talked us into keeping it and told us not to worry about the other 1200 for now so we didn't. then they told us that we needed to post date a check just to make it look good but would not cash it. We told them that the check would not be any good they said we are not going to cash it. 2 weeks later they cashed the check and we went to them and told them we want my honda back and we are going to turn in the chevy S-10. they said they sold my car for 10,000 already. They got mad and sent the bounced check to the District Attorney's office and now what to prosecute my husband for the bounced check. We are waiting to hear from the D.A. now. I have contacted some News stations and possibly Dateline NBC to let everyone know what kind of Dealership this is and the people are really rude and very vulgar to there people.
Do not buy from this dealership or any other that Tom Saitta owns. they are all a rip off.

I bought a Used Ram 2500 from DodgeLand knowing it had no warranty because it had over 100k miles. But when the car broke down in California, they towed the car back to Nevada and fixed it at no cost to myself. Then they flew me back to Nevada to pick the car back up. I've never seen anyone go out of their way like the people at DodgeLand, I would definitely buy again.

Went the extra mile to show how customer service oriented they were. We had a small problem with our vehicle after we bought it, and Robert Lambson the General Manager himself took the time to come explain to us what was wrong. He even provided us with a loner rental car at no charge. I would recommend DodgeLand USA to anyway looking for a new car.

Warranty work preformed with out prior consent with our insurance company. Left me paying for the total including diagnostics. Found out later that the warranty company has gone under and will have to file complaint with the better business bureau. Service advisor knows about the warranty company problem and could have told us up front the repairs would not be paid....Thanks Dodge Land USA!!!!
