Sale of vehicle ok price fair. Vehicle ended up a lemon.(legally) Service department bad mouthed Chrysler from day one and is completely incompetent where Dodges are concerned. They had no clue as to problem so ordered a part that was not needed, took 7 weeks to get it. Truck was down that whole time and is still stalling. Got the run around and treated rudely by a mechanic after we found they hadn't tightened up the bolts for the fuel tank. Scary isn't it. Good prices but would NEVER allow the service department to touch your vehicle.
If a dealership is going to sell a certain brand of vehicles they should be educated on the maintenance and should talk them up not down. Any manufacturer can have a lemon they should just step up in a timely manner and settle the problem.

had 96 Dodge Ram, could not order the right parts, not knowledgeable about vehicle, took two weeks to fix very minor problem. Then, attempted to purchase a 2002 Dodge Ram and dealership refused to stay open after hours to accommodate work schedule, then said 0% financing unavailable on that model (false because they advertise in local paper). Purchased same vehicle from Carson Dodge with a savings of $14200.00!!!!!!

I ordered a '99 3500 QC 4x4 from the fleet department at the Fallon Auto Mall.  These are some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with at a dealer; VERY laid back and no pressure whatsoever.  The fleet manager, Chris Chealander was VERY knowledgeable and helpful.  I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Added to another report - Reno Jeep, Carson Dodge, and Fallon Auto-mall are 5-star dealers, and are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
