these guys are as dishonest as they are incompetent. repeated visits were necessary for same problem. after warranty expired, they claimed problem was caused by collision damage. after the lazy slob dealer refused to comply with the warranty grievance procedure, dcx referred to carson dodge who fixed problem promptly and permanently.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
Bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. I have to say it was the best car buying experience I've had. No pressure, great salesman (Dan Dunham). If only they sold trucks. Haven't had a chance to use the service department. Which is a good thing.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
This isn't a Dodge dealership, but they will do any service work on Dodge trucks. The service manager, Kurt, owns a '94 Ram 2500 Cummins and is happy to do any service work. He does suggest taking any warranty work to Carson Dodge (as he does with his truck). I've been taking my Jeeps to this dealer for years, and been taking my '99 3500 ISB 4x4 there for service over the last year. They do a great job and are super reasonable; feel free to bring your own Diesel oil as well; they keep filters in stock. As for sales, if you're interested in a Jeep, buy here! All vehicles are $500 over invoice; no dickering and no high pressure sales. All-in-all a GREAT dealership; they also know all about the horror stories at Reno Dodge ;-). Reno Jeep, Carson Dodge, and Fallon Auto-mall are 5-star dealers, and are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
