Don the car salesman lied and told me that the chrysler 300 he was selling to me had tinting on the windows that would pass in Ohio. it didn't and i was pulled over and got a court date for it. and then he lied to his boss and told him he didn't remember telling me that the window tinting would pass in Ohio. also, don gave me the run around when i asked him to show me the points inspection that was done on the car. he didn't want to give me any documentation to show that the car was never in an accident but said it was never in an accident and that the car passed all inspections. i trusted him because he was recommended by a friend. big mistake. first ryan told me they would be able to help with that and now they wont. i bought the car in august 08 and upon taking it home i already had to replace the tires, balance tires and to put them in alignment. do not trust this dealership. they now wanted to sell a car to my friend for $3000 above retail value. i am going to report them to the better business bureau and the chrysler customer service and get the latter to show me any points inspection that may have been done or not done on this car and to check if it has been in an accident. and if that too were lies then i am going to call the county to remove them from the preferred seller status and i will see what my recourse would be. DO NOT TRUST this dealership. my friend who gave them a lot of business in the past was greatly disappointed and he is never going to recommend them to anyone again. go to the chevy dealership and skip all the lies, misrepresentation and horrible service.

The battery died and we replaced the battery. It died and would not charge. We took it to the dealer and they said it was the starter and replaced the starter. We brought it home and it died and the battery would not charge. Took it back and they ordered some kind of PC module. We got it back and the battery died again. They had us bring it home over the Weekends, I suppose so they wouldn't be responsible for liability on their lot. We got it back last week and it died again. This time it wouldn't start even after being jumped so had to be towed to the dealership this morning. As of 3:30pm today they haven't looked at it. This has been going on since July. We would like the problem resolved. We don't feel the service department knows what they are doing. They won't let me talk to someone who might know what to do. At this point we would like to talk to someone who knows something. We are very unhappy with the service at SaittaTrudeau!

About a year ago I decided That I wanted a new Chrysler 300C I live in Las Vegas so I went to Integrity Chrysler the closest dealership to my house. I asked about a car that had been advertised it that days Review Journal ad the car was not there and the closest car to that price was $6000 more. I left there and went to Desert on Sahara after 2 hours and three salesmen I finally escaped. The next day a friend of mine that I work with told me about a dealer in Pahrump that he bought his new truck from he said he shopped all over Vegas and Pahrump beat the best deal by almost $2000 and they were the the nicest most honest car dealers he had ever met. I called them they had the car I wanted did the deal over the phone they gave me a much better price than Desert or Integrity. Last week I ran over a large rock and broke my transmission I had the car towed to integrity, where because it was my fault it would cost me $3400 to fix I the called Saitta Trudeau for a second opinion and guess what they saved me $1600 on the repair. From now on not only will I drive to Pahrump to buy my cars I will drive there for my service Las Vegas dealers could learn a lot form this small town dealer

I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with Saitta Trudeau Dodge in Pahrump. My sales man JC did not push me & got me the 2003 Ram 2500 2x4 that I wanted for the first cash offer I made with no trade. This may be why I feel like I got a good deal was of not trading another vehicle in on the 2003 Dodge, but it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle & at my age I have bought a lot of cars & trucks. So far I am very happy with my truck I've owned a 1996 & a 1999 & a diesel 2001 and at this point in time, I like the 2003 better than any of the other trucks.

Ok, we have been into Saitta Trudeau in Pahrump a couple of times looking for a new truck. We went in the first time and couldn't get anyone to help up for the first 10 minutes. They don't have a receptionist to help you when you enter the dealership. Usually this would be good to not get bothered, but this seems strange to have to ask for help at a car dealer. Now we finally get help and we work though a price and they seem nice about it. But they give me a price after about 2 hours of waiting and giving paper back and forth and they SWEAR that the price is the best price that any dealer could ever get us (got a cash deal price due to the fact of the following). I was just shopping because I am not stupid to buy at the first place I go to. But I decided to go check with my bank for my financing (because they told me I would have to put down around $10,000 for a $32,000 truck with my credit score over 625). Well, I went into Vegas and just happened to stop by the Tom Saitta's Dodge Land dealership which is the sister store of the Pahrump store. Well guess what?!! They gave me a price on the exact same equipped truck even the same color! AND it was almost $4,000 less. Same deal, same truck, same rebate, same everything, except for $4,000 less....Hummmmm, I wonder where I will be going to buy a truck? Well, definitely not in Pahrump, I may not even buy it at Dodgeland simply because they are a sister store of Pahrump. I think I will take the Dodgeland price to Tobin or Desert and have them match it, (they say they will over the phone). But I will not buy in Pahrump, it IS worth the drive to Vegas and worth the 1.5 higher tax rate in Vegas. Don't be stupid, shop around before you buy in Pahrump!
Don't shop for your Dodge in Pahrump...Oh yah! try taking in a NADA price book or NADA internet price (nada.com) and tell them that you will buy it for the NADA price! They will tell you that they go by Kelley book price...Of course they do! Only respectable Dealers will price the cars the sell at the NATIONAL AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIATION book price...but then again maybe they are not respectable enough to see cars at a reasonable price....they even sell the used cars right at the top range of the Kelley price! Sure if it sits on the lot for a couple of months they will knock off a couple of hundred bucks! Saitta Trudeau....."Your hometown dealer".....Bull SH*T. Chevy will open soon, we will see if Mr. Trudeau will be able to keep up.
