Worst sales department I've ever dealt with. Dan was nice before the contract
was signed, downright nasty afterward. I would never buy from this dealership
again. Parts and Service however is is a whole different ball game. Freddy D.
is outstanding and I will continue to use the service dept as long as I own
this vehicle.

New car sales was a pleasure they were honest and fair the car was delivered
on time and the sales person was excellent. I would recommend this dealer anytime,
they also show me how NJ dealer was over charging me on hidden fees.
The service dept was helpful and efficient. Had minor repairs, also would recommend
the service dept.

Let Me just tell you DO NOT BRING A DIESEL TRUCK THERE. They want to change
the most expensive part first like a $3000 injection pump without any regards
to the bad lift pump known to Cummins. Although they are willing to listen to
you as far as trouble shooting goes. But I did tell them to change the lift
pump first ..

You are the king up until you sign the purchase contract. As soon as you sign
it, you are just in the way. they ignore you while pursuing the next buyer.
I admit I made a mistake. I received my NEW car with several deep gouges on
the hood. When I pointed them out to the salesman he advised me to take it to
their service center. I took it to the service center and the service rep. told
me I needed an appointment. I took it back to the dealership and the salesman
made a call to the service department and advised me to return there. I brought
the car back and they made repairs to it. Not it is several years later and
I am paying for my mistake. The hood has rusted through and the service manager
is refusing to even make an appointment to view it. Buy your car someplace else.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Recently there was a 0% for 60 months deal from Dodge on the 2003 Dodge Caravan
Sport. I called Angiuli Dodge two days prior to the end of the offer and they
assured me that the deal will be extended the following week. I believe that
they just wanted us to go in to the dealership. Once we got there, amazingly
"there was nothing they could do even if they wanted to" and the 0% financing
for 60 months ended just the day before. I explained to them that "Dan" said
it would be extended and supposedly there were mixed wires. Then I decided to
look at an older minivan, a 2002 with 20,000 miles. I was told by the salesperson
that this minivan was traded in for another car. After putting down a deposit
on the 2002, I went on Car Fax and found out it was a Rental Car for a Major
Rental Company. These guys at Angiuli supposedly didn't know about it. Anyway,
after going to Oasis Dodge in Old Bridge, New Jersey (which I may add was a
pleasant experience) I called Angiuli to get my refund. The salesman was annoyed
I didn't give him a chance like he asked. Anyway, this sales man called me back
at home three times just one day after I was in his dealership looking for the
0% financing for 60 months. He basically begged me to bring back the car that
I just purchased and he would beat the price. His last phone call to me that
day was "good news! we can now offer you 0% 60 months financing". These guys
at Angiuli Dodge in Staten Island would sell their mother to make a deal. They
are the worst.

Took truck in for safety recall for heater relay overlay on 1996 Diesel Dodge.
This problem has caused fires! This place epitomized the 'New York Attitude...read
bad'. They have this ridiculous first come, we may get to you today or we may
not service policy. I could not give up my daily driver for an unspecified amount
of time while they jerked off deciding what to do. They would NOT work with
me and give me an appointment, or even make sure they had the parts. I ended
up doing the recall myself (20 minutes) and got reimbursed from the warranty
folks directly for parts. Parts department, however, is first class. They will
work hard to get the right part the first time, and no request is too small.
