The dealership made promises to install a cd player on the new car I bought. In addition they promised to repair the blower motor on my ford taurus that i was handing back to the ford dealership as a lease return. They cheated me in that the motor blower was not repaired and the cd player was never installed. They claimed the salesman who sold me the car was fired the next week and i had no written information on my file that they would install this cd player. The place is very shady and looks mafia style run. I made a very poor choice this time. It is going to be a major learning experience for me.
Please save yourself a big headache and avoid this dealership. What happened to me, i don't wish on anyone. Just turn the page and find another dealership.
