when i pull in to dealer if i have a problem with my vehicles service manager will stop and see if he can fix my problem no matter what it is . Sales has been great also ordered a truck in dec still waiting in april no matter how much of a pain in the ass i am the answer where my truck is, its too bad chrysler doesn't help as much as the dealer

My 2002 Ram Diesel had lost power, it was diagnosed at a independent shop. I was sent to Burnicker Dodge for the follow up. The service manager checked the codes and then they replaced the lift pump (it only put out 5psi at idle) now with the new one it has 14psi at idle, and 12psi at WOT. they didn't stop there, but checked the injector pump. next they reflashed the ECM and road tested it. The odometer reading was 72036 when I arrived at the dealer. the cost to me was $0.00! this small dealer deals with lots of Diesel trucks, and even the service manager and mechanics drive Ram Diesels.
