Honesty is the best policy after all! I bought a 98 Jeep from Buzz 3 years ago and in the time I had it backed into a stationary vehicle in a snow storm and did damage to my rear door. It took 3 years for it to reach the modular that controls the locks in the jeep. I brought it into Buzz and they missed the problem and said it was fixed and it was not. I brought it back and they went to Jeep got a diagram and also called them for confirmation of the problem and how to fix it and spent 25 hours of the mechanics time on my electrical problem and in the end they charged me for 3 hours of labor because they missed it the first time. they could have charged me for all 25 hours and were totally honest and fair above and beyond most mechanics. Yes, Buzz and his Staff is the Best , and happy to report the Jeep is running excellent. Thank You , Patty Dolan --- a very satisfied customer.--Thank you Darilynn.

Every time my truck was there it had to go back again. All my problems were never fix the first time. service department only does what it has to do.

Bought a 97 CTD. Excellent sales experience. Had problem with water separator. Service was very prompt. Bought 03 CTD. Another excellent sales experience. One service issue to date. Again prompt service in determining problem.
