Service manager is a good guy. Tried to make right on failed appointments. I have had 2 appts with them. One they kept my truck for 4 days and didn't even get it in the shop. Kept giving the "maybe tomorrow." The second time, they had the truck for 2 days. I got the Maybe today or maybe tomorrow. Manager got on the phone and came clean that there was only one tech to work on my truck and he was busy. They comped a SBC clutch install to make amends. Manager Good, service sucks. Give 'em at least a fair chance. They are the only ones up here that can do HD work. The other dealers have very little experience with diesel. Mine was the first 6 spd they ever tore apart.
