Last time I went for a simple state inspection they told me a bunch of things were wrong. Out of the 5 things identified , one of these were actually "required" for an inspection. This one was a very low cost item. the other 4 were extremely high priced items and the one thing that was a real problem (leaking transmission) was not even identified as a problem.
I have always taken care of my vehicles and have bought the last 2 from this dealer. I had previously thought their service was good, but in the last 3 times I used them I feel they over charged. The last time I took my truck to a different dealer to get the work done..

Took my CTD 2500 2003 in for trans not upshifting, gave them instructions from the Diesel Resource page truck repair and runs well. Also had the first oil change doe there. Completed on time. So far so good. Going in for 2 recalls will post again later. Parts dept ordered what I had wanted to add on and it was what I ordered and on time. Over all good service but did not have any extraordinary circumstances with the truck yet.
So far so good. Dealer also owns a Chev. dealership right down the road and when I owned a 95 Chev turbo diesel I was also treated right and most things that could be covered under warranty was done.One misdiagnosis cost me $750 which should have been under $200, but I got 3 injector pumps covered free over 3 years.
