I dropped off my truck for trans fluid change and warranty stuff. Dropped on a sunday night was told I would be first monday morning.3 days later they call stating they are done so I go down. My shifter linkage indicator cable was broke (I did that) and they told me it was an adjustment and would be 93 bucks to fix. Remember I broke it so I know its not an adjustment. I told them about a clicking noise coming from the front end. They told me there might have been a rock in the center cap and they removed both wheels and inspected everything that would make noise and did not find anything.They told me they where going to have to charge me a 1 hour diagnostic fee of 50 bucks. I took the service guy outside and pulled my instrument cluster out and showed him the broken cable and argued about the 1 hour diagnostic fee after being told its an adjustment and he said that they had to also inspect the front end. I told him to prepare my bill and I was going to the parts counter to get some prices. I then went to pay and was told that he talked to the boss and the 1 hour diagnostic fee would be waived and oh yeah after 3 days they had not even changed my tranny fluid and filter. After I got home I jacked up the front to find the passenger side universal joint was completely shot, hmmm a rock in my center cap? Lee Dodge In Farmingdale needs to do some restaffing... Tony
