Sales: Most are knowledgeable by the brochure only/ if true knowledge is needed speak to Christian, Jonah, or John M. they are the only people that actually know what they are talking about with all the chrysler products.
Service: The service writers are moderately helpful but are too worried about up selling a customer on service they do not need. The tech know how to do there job but are often affected by management. Check around for prices and opinions before using the service dept.

The dealer worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and kept the payment under the cap I gave them.
The rear shock absorber on the left went bad and an interior door piece fell off. Both were replaced under warranty. When I come in for an oil change I'm never there more than 30 minutes. If I add tire rotation it will take no more than 30 minutes. The service department is tops. The sales department has to keep some of the same sales people. Every time I've gone in there are different people behind the desks!

Service dept seems shoddy ... they don't pay attention to finishing details and in fact, this can cause major mechanical headaches ... one experience of putting in only 4 quarts of oil when car calls for five, another of not connecting some sensors.

I have been to many car dealers in my life but this one is by far the most remarkable. They are kind courteous and always do what's been promised. I can't tell you enough what a great company this is.
