Went there to browse bc I need a new or used car badly. Was really pressured from the start to buy higher priced vehicles than what I was looking for and than ask rather rudely what it would take for me to drive away in a car after I had looked at a few and had questions to ask. The salesperson seemed like she would rather be with someone else and upset with the possibility that I was wasting her time without buying when someone else could give her a sale. Would recommend the dealership but not the sales woman.

Tried to have a battery replaced under warranty. Was told it would take approval by a Chrysler service rep which means they are on a watch by Chrysler for their warranty claims. Pushed very hard to get me to buy a service contract. Parts dept. discounts parts one day and not the another. Very erratic. The purchased vehicle (used) was supposedly inspected. It was sold with a bad PCM which was discharging the battery. It had to be replaced after it was out of used warranty at my cost.
I would recommend Scotia Motors or Maltbie Chrysler/Dodge in Warrensburg as alternatives to this dealership.
