Had a problem w/ what ended up being head gasket. Stalled on diagnosis until out of warranty. Then knew what the problem was!! Rude service manager. 2 other times brought vehicle in multiple times for same problem before it was finally fixed. Some sales guys great, some are sleaze balls

Do not buy any vehicle from these people, they delivered my T&C minivan with oil leak that the salesman said they would have fixed as part of the sale. When I brought it back the next day after it left a puddle in the garage, they told me since I left with it ,it was no longer there responsibility, and handed me an estimate for 449 dollars. Talk about a gravel warranty.

My jeep was leaking something. I took in right into the service dept. I call and they said that they would work on it a.s.a.p. I called the next day they said it was in the shop and Jim would call when he found the problem. This was at 11:00AM. I called back at 2:00 to find out the jeep still was not in the shop. Then i called back to talk to the manger. I was mad that they lied to me. The manger said he was going to have someone look at it now. I called back at 5:00 they still didn't know what was wrong with it. So i have to call back at 5:40. I need this car. It isn't like i have another. They just give you the run around. I know i will never take my jeep back again.

The Gods were trying to warn us away from buying our 1993 Caravan. At first, the dealership refused to accept our check, all because the Bank printed "Dealer agrees that they are not selling the invoiced car to any other parties. Buyer agrees he is buying the invoiced car". In other words, the Bank wanted to make sure they had the collateral they deserved, with no sneaky tricks. We had to fight with sales to get them to accept the check (they even cursed my wife out, in front of our infant children!!!) When the first transmission failed (we are now on #5, and need #6; we will be junking this Caravan very soon); the head of the service department said maybe it was "time to buy another car." The stupid van was just over 2 years old at the time! The service dept is so bad that we bring our van to another dealer for warranty service.
