I went to the dealership today because I had made an appointment for 9:00am.
I got there and they told me that they would call me when it was ready. I waited
all day - missed a whole days work just for them to tell me that they didn't
have time to check my car even and therefore can't service it or tell me at
least what is wrong with it. I picked my car up at 6:00pm because they only
told me at 5:30pm. they addressed me very rudely on top of everything. I am
very disappointed with the non-service that I received. Had I not been given
an appointment and been a walk-in I would understand but I had a 9:00am appointment.
It's just ridiculous!!! I would never go to this dealership again -poor service
doesn't begin to describe what kind of treatment I received today.

I would recommend anyone who want to buy a Daimler Chrysler product go to the
northern blvd dealer. They were very helpful and very honest. My sales person
Anthony was up front and honest and worked with my budget. I own a 2004 neon
which I love! it's great on gas and very chic (love the spoiler). The service
dept. is the best in my opinion, i never stayed more than 30 minutes. Thanks!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Fair, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,

The service Dept. carelessly lost my whole owner's manual packet, which included
receipts, warrantee, insurance card...etc. etc.
They needed to know exactly what another dealer did to try to fix a warrantee
problem which they themselves were
now trying to fix (The first dealer failed). I told them the receipts and paperwork
could be found in my owner's manual, in the glove box. They were pleased to
get them. After picking up my truck, I got home to discover they never put my
booklet etc... back in the glovebox. I called the next day. The guy took a 30
second glance around an told me he doesn't see it. He went on to tell me I could
simply order another one. When I asked him if he wouldn't mind ordering it for
me he informed me that if HE orders it it would take much longer and I'd be
bothering him every week about it...and he'd rather not get involved with that
end. When asked about the booklet holder (jacket)...he said he thinks he has
one lying around somewhere in the shop, that he'll let me have, if he can get
his hands on it. To make a long story short, I wrote a very angry letter to
the owner of the dealership, with a copy sent to the service manager. The service
manager called me on the phone and apologized profusely. He told me they found
my stuff (which convinces me the first guy never even looked)...and mailed it
to me OVERNIGHT...along with a pair of complimentary first run movie tickets.
