This is the WORST service Department I have Ever dealt with. they really believe women are stupid and have NO idea what makes a car function. They will screw you in the worst way. Beware! They waited until my brakes were no longer under warranty to tell me that they needed repair (even after MANY request to have them fixed from about 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle) Go figure! Bad Bad Bad

The sales people there will give you a pretty good price on a truck. Just don't cancel the order on one, they will never give you your money back and will treat you like crap. I would avoid any dealing with their sales department ever again. Wouldn't even consider buying from them now. Went to a dealership in the Southeast and was very happy.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Since picking up my new 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 pick-up, I have noticed a few things that i was unhappy about....
1- Riverhead Dodge is the only dealership i have dealt with that let me drive off the lot with less than a full tank of gas. (1/4 to be exact.)
2- The coin holder was missing from the center console.
3- A bug is sandwiched between the glass on the driverside windshield.
4- There was a dent in the driverside door sill.
5- Missing coasters for the front cup holder.
I called the dealership and made arrangements to have all this taken care of. I had dropped off my Truck on Monday of August 18th. The dealership gives me this crappy Neon loaner car that had 96,000 miles on it, drove terrible and smelled awful. I was so insulted. I buy a new brand new vehicle and they loan me a piece of junk. I let them know i was not happy about the car, but they told me, "at least it has wheels". I called Tuesday afternoon, only to find out they need to keep my truck another day. I called Wednesday at noon time, again they told me they needed to keep my truck for another day, because they still did not fix the windshield. Now, i am very aggravated at this point. I just wanted my truck back, and I told the dealership i will pick it up tonight, finished or not. I get to the dealership and notice they did an unsatisfying job on the dent. It's not as noticeable, but i can still see it. The windshield is not fixed. Still no coasters for the front cup holders. They promised to fill my fuel tank, but it was still not filled. They put all kinds of dealership advertisement on my truck... a sticker on the tailgate, license plate frame, and mud flaps. The mud flaps really made me angry. They drilled holes in my truck to put these things on without my consent.
The Dealership finally gives me a call on September 5th, asking how i feel about my truck. I told them everything i have written above. They want me to drop off my truck again to correct these things, but, i am too afraid they will do a awful job. With the terrible experience i had there, there is no way i will go there again.
I was always happy with Chrysler vehicles. My wife and I owned ...
a 1991 Dodge minivan, a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up, a 1999 Dodge Durango, a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up. I will be sure to tell my friends, family and customers not to inquire at Riverhead Dodge. I am so disgusted, i'm not sure i will even buy another Chrysler product again.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
After 4 tries to have the squeal repaired in the tranny (even after I brought in the TSB and was told in none too friendly terms they didn't need it). As well as 3 times to have the front brakes repaired.Only to still not have the brakes working correctly, but I now have a nice squeak in the front end after the repairs. 3 times to have have the paint the bed redone. I am totally bummed by these people. Sales was ok, but, they never want you to say anything bad when a new customer is there. Go figure?

From Dirt:
Out here on Long Island we've had great success striking bargains with RiverHead Dodge. I had been looking for a few months..went there looking, on the recommendations of a few folks..one who is on his third truck from them. I walk out with a deal I couldn't refuse. It's family owned and run. Met a guy yesterday that just picked up his black 99 Sport 1500 QCSWB 4x4, for $500 over invoice from them. Shaved about $3000 off of the sticker. They aren't hi-pressure, just aggressive on pricing and deals. No closing guy to deal with either, you have your one salesman and that's it. All the other dealers that I shopped here in Suffolk county would only take sticker.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
