Had them replace brake rotors under warranty at approx 15,000 miles in 2002.
In Spring 2003 they warped again, and I replaced myself. Could not get one of
the brake caliper pins out because it was stripped. Showed it to Roger Burdick
Dodge and they would not replace the caliper nor the pin because there is a
"chance I could have taken it somewhere else to have serviced" !?!?!?

Sales guy took me out in 5 different truck reviewed all the different option
no pressure to sell me. 2 hrs after driving truck off lot it was back with smoked
turbo. Once that was fixed, and I was driving it again I came back next day
and asked about a vibration. They knew about it and just did not fix it. They
had the truck for more than 30 day to insure the lemon law kicked in. Also got
Chrysler to say it normal for a truck to vibrate to get out of working on it.
I have gone to other dealers in my area they will not do warranty work since
they want to trade with Burdick. They did test the truck and agree it not right,
one even thought they know how to solve the problem. The Chrysler Customer service
assume that the Burdick is right.
