I purchased a certified 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel in new jersey. After already having 1 rear universal replaced in New Jersey I started experiencing the same vibration so I set up an appointment in new jersey again, but before I could make it there I had to have the truck towed to Salerno - big, big mistake. After several weeks of the wrong parts and the bit and piece "BS" of finding problems as the went along, even though I explained the problem parts to them over the phone they continued to not find the problems until I said I would be there in a little while so have the truck on the lift when I get there. Well after several more services they finally got all the right parts. But to my amazement the owner of the dealership said that "that was what I got for buying a certified used truck for $32,000.00”.
My truck is in again for the 5th time for a hard or no start condition at the dealership I bought it from. Since the problem began they have changed the fuel pump, worked on the injector pump, and currently have it again and are having no luck with assistance from Chrysler themselves.
