I was shopping for a truck with a stick. The used car dealer showed me a Dakota. We agreed on a Price He stuck to it as did the Finance Manager. There was no "Funny" business. I would buy there again. It was the best automotive purchase experience that I have ever had!

Purchased 2003 Ram 1500 new. Realized that Security had printed out their own Service guide to follow outside of the Dodge manual. Boy did I fall into that one!! Lorrie Brennan is an absolute liar!! Her service tech's don't know how to treat their customers properly. Gene Nolan was a real winner, as well as Bob Valot. Had my truck serviced elsewhere and was told the plugs were NEVER changed. Security charged me 3 times for plugs and installation!! One time I was waiting for my truck and noticed it sitting there with hood open .....no tech around. I was told a few minutes until tech was changing plugs. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Security. I actually took the dealer logo off my truck. FYI it peels off!

The service department at Security dodge was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Had to go there 3 times in reference to the same problems that I am still having to this day. Do not ever ever speak to the manager Laurie Brennan there because she does nothing for you. She considers herself a manager, she should not even be working there. When I brought my truck in to get serviced for a couple of problems, one of there mechanics had dented my tailgate on my 2500 truck when it was there. When I spoke to Laurie about it she had said to me that they aren't responsible for any damage done to the cars or trucks. What a joke that was. I asked her if they would replace the tailgate and she said NO. So now my lawyers will be getting involved. PLEASE what ever anybody does DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK AT SECURITY DODGE. The worst experience in my life with this dealer.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. The service department is so bad, they probably couldn't even fill a tire with air. They continually lie and are incompetent. How they became a five star dealer is beyond my belief. Stay away and if your car is there getting repaired, good luck.
Don't believe the service manager Lorrie Brennan. The only good thing she can do is lie.
