Had multiple problems with the steering and after three visits I was told that "this is the way the truck was supposed to perform". After bringing it to another dealership to have them take a look at it, the steering box was replaced and the problem corrected. While my truck was there for service, it was damaged all three times! First the driver mirror was ripped off, then the driver door, fender and hood were dented. On the third visit, which I still cannot believe, they backed my truck into a cement post in the garage and crushed the rear fender! Unbelievable! They repeatedly lied about the trucks condition on the steering issue. Even though I had received lifetime oil changes when I purchased the truck, I refused to bring it in again because this place obviously does not have a clue on how to take care of the trucks they sell. If you want to get jerked around, bring your truck there for service!
