I highly recommend going a few miles north to Charlie's Dodge in Toledo. I took my vehicle in for squeaky brakes. I was told that the brakes just needed cleaning. After paying $50, I got the vehicle back. The next week, they started to squeak again. I took the vehicle to Klaben Dodge in Kent because I was in the area and they told me that the brakes were defective and it was unsafe to be driving on them. They said there was a recall on the brakes and replaced all four for free. Needless to say, I was furious with Al Smith Dodge. Avoid them at all costs.

I buy a new car or truck about every 3 years. I have been to every dealership in Toledo area and Monroe, Mich.. Al Smith is the only one I have found that can or will fix my van/truck the first time. The BEST DEALERSHIP BAR NONE !
