Veteran sales person had no idea of important specs. It's all about the sale
not the customer. Had no interest in making a satisfied customer. Let the buyer
beware, go elsewhere! Service dept. gave parts away that had been ordered for
our truck then insisted we wait 2 additional days (leave our truck in their
shop).
I'll never buy a Dodge ram again. Poor fit and finish and some seriously poor
fuel mileage. All from a dealer who just doesn't care. Does it get any better
than this?

Dealer started repairs without giving an estimate. As a long time customer my
vehicle was held hostage until we paid a non-approved service fee.

These guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!! Their sales people are very knowledgeable
and very helpful. In the service dept. they fix it right the first time. You
do not need three visits to get a simple problem solved. If you need to buy
a dodge or have service on your Dodge --- go to Arena Dodge. This is a great
place to shop for a truck.

I found out that this dealership is under new ownership. I was extremely pleased
with the quality of service in service and sales. The new name is Golling Arena
Dodge. New ownership seems to have made a huge difference!

These people had no interest in selling trucks. Their salesmen were lazy, slimy,
and all-around totally unwilling to negotiate anything. They insisted on charging
$507 in miscellaneous advertising fees. When they appraised my trade at $600
less than another dealer, I asked them to at least match that dealer's offer.
I got a blank stare and a flat "no". These guys were really just awful. To those
actively shopping, plan to visit them but scrutinize everything very closely.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
I had bought a 2001 3500 box truck. The mirrors did not stick out far enough.
I looked in owners manual to see if they were flip out type or what. Owners
manual was no help so I called on Arena Dodge they didn't know so they ordered
west coast mirrors and was going to charge me for them which I thought was pretty
bad of them since it was a brand new from factory vehicle, but I needed it so
I went to Arena Dodge to have them put on. It took them all day only to find
out they tore the door open because it was not designed for west coast mirrors
they just flip up. I tried asking if they flipped up I didn't want to try to
flip them without being sure and break them. I had other problems with Arena
Dodge service dept. I have a 2001 2500 Quad 4x4 that I WILL never take to them
because of the way one of the managers treated me. I made an appt. and he just
wasn't in a very good mood or something but I was very displeased. Though he
did come over and apologized to me. He even treated me! like a liar when I told
him I was a business link cust. He later told me he found out in the computer
I was. I guess it was sort of an apology. The sales dept. was good to deal with
and the Harmon Group owners did send me a 30% off any parts or service because
of my bad experience which was a nice gesture. I do like the 2002 Rams but I
am considering Chevy now. It is sad I have had nothing but Dodge Rams since
1994 but 2001 may be my last Dodge, Thank You. I don't think Dodge cares about
the customer right now, I still have my 94 Ram with 454,000 miles. People tell
me Dodge needs to hear about it but if I don't get hung up on the phone when
calling them they might say oh that's nice or something like that. When it was
at the garage to have the trans fluid changed the mechanics all gathered around
it in amazement. That truck gets more attention for Dodge products when everyone
finds out the mileage. My 2001 already has 154,000 miles on it. Its sad I may
not buy Dodge anymore, at least a new one.
