I've had my van to this dealer three times to repair the air conditioner and to this day it still does 't work. If this is what Dodge and Chrysler make I don't want any more. I have spent over a thousand dollars in repairs on the air and it still is broke!
I've got a Ford truck, and Chevrolet car and have done nothing to the car as far as the air conditioner goes, and the air works great in both of these!
I'm disappointed with Chrysler and Dodge!

I have bought from Malcom's and they are great people. My mother is older and she and my father have bought cars from them for over 35 year. Anytime my mother has had a vehicle problem even thought it was out of warranty Malcoms responded to my mothers problems and fixed her vehicle and it was done right and at a very fair price.

I have never been to this dealership. Although I own a 2000 Durango which I purchased in Northern Kentucky, I have great appreciation for their involvement in Chrysler Corporation Muscle Cars. They have a high visibility at events such as the Mopar Nationals & have the best calendar ever produced (If you're a Chrysler guy). For the past couple of years they have mailed me a calendar (at some expense to them), knowing well that the likelihood of my ever buying a car there is extremely remote. If their service to customers is anything like the way they have treated me - a stranger from another state who simply shares an interest in Chrysler muscle cars - I would certainly give them my business if the opportunity ever presented itself.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Unlike city dealerships, the sales staff isn't pushy, are honest, and assist customers in making informed purchases. The service department is great, never a problem with scheduling. I would not hesitate to purchase here again. My last 2 vehicles, I had R.D. run a locator and find what I was looking for, so I could buy from them as opposed to another dealership.

I have purchased two of three new trucks at this dealer. The first was a 97 Ram 1500 4x4 I was really pleased with the whole experience Sales/Service but the second truck they didn't have what I was looking for I ended up buying a 2000 quadcab diesel from Fleming County their service is another story I had continuous brake trouble they would lockup at any given time eventually causing my truck to skid off a bridge causing thousands in damages. Then the Hemi trend. I was excited when I purchased my 03 Ram Quadcab Sport HEMI POWER or so I thought when I purchased it from Bob Malcolm only about 3500 miles when the computer started malfunctioning time and time again. The service department even though they reprogrammed it a few times and solved the problem temporarily they now say if no light comes on or if no code comes up you'll just have to drive it even if they think it's unsafe. You draw your own conclusions. Would you go back to this service dept. ??

I purchased a 99' 2500 diesel pickup in approximately june 2001. This vehicle had a small amount of rust showing on some of the fuel lines, etc. Now it is april 2004, and they need replaced and the parts and service department have been great, realizing that these problems could have been caused by bad o.e.parts they have worked with me on the cost of the replacement parts. Service after the sell is important, and these guys do their best!

My husband and I both bought our cars there from Tony. He is an excellent guy to work with there. Everyone there is very nice and they aren't pushy. I have had my vehicle serviced about 4 times they never make me pay more than needs to be charged.
