Very good. No high pressure. Very Helpful. Kip sold me the vehicle and I am very pleased with everything and with Kips willingness to answer all the questions and he introduced me to the sales mgr.,the service, and parts people. I like to do business that way. This is 5th new Dodge product that I have bought. My sons, friends, and family have also bought Dodge products and are very happy with the Caravans.
I really shopped several Dodge dealers both new and used and decided to do business with Colerain Dodge.
