Salesman Chuck Lindon was GREAT, best salesman I have ever dealt with. This
is the second truck purchased there. Both times the Finance Managers tried to
SCREW me. The last time they tried to sell me an aftermarket extended warranty
when I wanted a Chrysler OEM Warranty.
Service is OK nothing great. Their diesel mechanic has left tools under the
hood, that I found after returning home!

The salesman and sales manager were both very nice. When I saw an add on tv
advertising a vehicle at a certain price I called and spoke with the manager
and asked if the price was a "teaser" or was it for real. I did not
want to drive 45 minutes to find the out what the small print was. Turns out
there was no small print, they had the truck at the advertised price. I bought
it after a short test drive. The finance manager was very helpful. It took me
less than an hour to walk in, pick out the truck, test drive it, finalize the
price, finance it and drive away in my new
truck leaving my trade-in on the lot. I have to say that the prices on parts
are cheaper at other dealers though. I wanted a Sirrus Satellite radio and their
cost for the part and installation was about $100.00 more than other dealers.
I might not have gotten the radio I wanted there but I would
definitely come back to buy my next truck!

there sales wasn't to bad in my experience my biggest complaint is the service
department my first experience was with a kia a friend bought there i took it
in for service under warranty and they fought for two days about fixing it cause
they said it wasn't a warranty problem i think a 6 month old car that the front
brake pads fall off of is a warranty problem and then my last experience with
the service department was with my 92 dodge spirit my girlfriend took it in
to get a diagnostic done they call her tell her the timing belt is broken it
will be 600 to fix i thought that
sounded high so i go up and not letting them no they got my car there already
i ask how much for a timing belt and they told me 200 i since have had another
guy and another girl go up and get quotes and the guys are always 200 but the
other chick acted a little more stupid then my g/f did and they told her 800
go figure

Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I bought a 2004 Ram 1500 from them on May 8, 2004. The negotiation of the price
was about average to that of any other dealership.
The parts department has been very good to me. They have always given me the
prices for any random parts I may want (I have added many factory parts to my
previous Dodge trucks). They have also told me what other parts I may need to
install them. Such as wiring harnesses, brackets, etc. based on the part I'm
adding. The service department is fair. I live in NE Ohio, and we see a lot
of salt in the winter. My rear bumper, on my '04 Ram was rusting after only
owning the truck 7 months. I don't think the bumper was treated properly at
the factory after chroming. I took the truck in and they told me that it was
due to "road debris." I have factory mud flaps... what road debris?
They buffed the rust out and sent me on my way. I went back in Feb. of '05 with
more rust on my bumper. This time they didn't even dispute it, they made an
appointment, and replaced the bumper. Problem solved, but it did take two visits
to do so. Overall I'd say they are a good dealership. Not great, not poor, just
good. I would buy there again, and I will take my new truck there for service
if it needs it.

Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
My wife was pregnant, so I felt better by getting her a new vehicle to keep
her from being broken down while I attended college. The car was a Plymouth
Breeze, and it was a lemon. I was entitled to the Chrysler A-plan, and the snake
salesman told me it didn't apply to this car since it came from another dealer.
I was young and dumb.
It died a few miles from home in the middle of the winter, twice. Had it towed
in, and the service manager was more than rude. No use of a loaner either. Then
I started having trouble with the alignment. The car would go right into the
ditch within 10 feet if you let go of the wheel. I took it to the dealer five
times for this problem, and each time, it would be ok for a few days, and go
back to pulling to the right again. I finally took it to a friend, and he fixed
it right, the first time. By now, the front tires were shot because of the alignment
issue. The rat bastards wouldn't admit to the alignment being the cause. They
actually tried to blame the tire itself. I will never, ever step foot in that
place again.

The salesman seemed to have a preoccupation with whatever was in his pants.
I was afraid to shake his hand after spending 45 minutes watching a long game
of "pocket pool" It was so distracting that I couldn't even buy from
them. The manager had a bad attitude also. Nothing real good to report here.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
From the sale to the to incompetent service department, it has been a total
nightmare with my brand new 2001 Sebring, from the day of delivery on Dec. 31,
2001, Courtesy has had my car more than I have, they have repeatedly lied to
me, and avoid me, do not return phone calls and go threw more employees than
Carter has little liver pills, never seen a bigger turnover in employees except
at McDonalds, pretty bad when the owner wont even return your phone call. Its
a sad situation because my husband is an employee of DaimlerChrysler to be treated
so poorly and too see our car be in such poor shape, the roof of the car actually
split along the seam, can u believe that???and instead of doing the right thing
and buying the car back they repaired it, now just how long do you really think
that repair will last, until the first time it gets good and hot outside again
and splits right back open again? there was also a factory dent in the drivers
side quarter panel, of course the car is black so you see everything and every
time we got the car back we could see swirl after swirl, and on a couple occasions
all they did was try to buff the car out and tell us they fixed it...haha its
really sad to have so many manufacturing defects come out of a stamping plant
and on top of that to have a factory representative turn down a request to replace
the factory rims that are 10 months old that pitted in the first 5 months of
owning the car, in our opinion we are left with the option of sending our car
threw arbitration and hiring an attorney, I would never ever recommend this
dealership to anyone!! And to top it off they never even offered me a free tank
of gas or a free oil change! From now on all my business will go to Spitzer
or Klaben! This was not a truck but a 2001 Chrysler Sebring LXI, I just couldnt
find a site to let other consumers know how this dealership treated us, in the
hopes that others will not have to go through what we have gone through!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Good.
My check was for more than the final amount for the truck. Took them
3 months and the threat from my lawyer to get the difference back. I arrived
to pick up the truck (I live several hours away, long story) and it had
not been serviced, prepped, and there were dents in both front fenders, the
cab, the bed, and the roof had been damaged in transit. Said it would
be a week before it would be ready, even though they told me it was ready to
be picked up the day before I left to get the truck.
