Buying the truck was a good experience but the service team leaves a lot to be desired. They are extremely polite, but have no idea as to what makes a good service department. They do not keep in touch with the customer, and do not perform tasks in a timely fashion. I could care less if they're polite if my truck still isn't running. Buy there, but get your service somewhere else!

These guys were friendly enough, but they attempted to sell me a truck I didn't want. I was planning to place an order, and gave them a careful list of all the options I want. When they returned they had "accidentally" slipped in 2 options I didn't want, at a cost of about $320, and coded the wrong wheelbase! I had talked to many other people who dealt with them prior to going in for myself, and no one had anything good to say about their sales and especially their service. Nor could anyone remember ever hearing anyone who had a good experience at this place. Only reason I gave them "fair" was because they were very polite whilst trying to screw me!
