I purchased a 2002 Ram 1500 from Glenway in February, 2002. The experience was
very pleasant and I was pleased with the deal. I drive about 40 miles round
trip to have all of my truck's services done there. This includes oil changes
that I could have done at a drive-in lube center much closer to my home. I find
the staff very courteous and helpful. They always do a thorough job and meet
the schedule. The parts department has ordered a couple of accessories for me
and have always given me a discount since I brought the truck from their dealership.
I have had these accessories installed by the dealer and the flat rate has seemed
very reasonable. I have even gone back to them to have an accessory installed
that was not a Mopar product. If I have needed to leave my truck and needed
transportation they have driven me to my destination. I hope Glenway Dodge retains
its friendly attitude under the new ownership. Doing business is a two way street
and as long a! s we have a mutually beneficial relationship I will continue
to trade with Glenway Dodge. Perhaps a diesel truck will be next!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
I had another shop do my brakes and after repeated comebacks they told me the
brake squeak problem I had was a manufactures defect and that I would just have
to live with it. Since it was a manufactures defect I took my car to Glenway
Dodge. They fixed the problem (which was due to improper installation by the
other shop) and didn't charge me a thing. All they asked was that I come back
to them next time. I will!!! Renee has earned my business for life!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
Having shopped all the area Dodge dealers, Glenway Dodge bent over backwards
to make me a deal I couldn't refuse. Dave Knebel went to bat for me repeatedly
until I got what I consider an amazing deal. I got a demo (1000 miles) RAM SLT
Quad 4x4 with the 29G package, Off Road Package, Tow Package, and a specialty
aluminum step bars and hood deflector and grille for the price other dealers
were offering me for the much lesser 24G package. I believe there family owned
customer care they proudly brag about shows. Everyone, from Dave in Sales, to
other salesmen just checking in with you while you wait, to the Nick in financing,
bent over backwards to make me content with my purchase. I would highly recommend
them compared to the other larger dealers (Kings, Kerry, etc). The other dealers
didn't even come close!

I really had a wonderful sales experience. Everything the salesman Dave Knebel
told us was what we got. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The
service department is fast and efficient. My truck broke down on Monday night,
the service department got it right in at 5:00, Harry the parts manager got
the parts ordered so they could repair my truck the next day. It was ready when
promised. The whole dealer has a whole goes out of there way to keep you coming
back.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Transmission gone at 40k. Would recommend NOT buying dodge or Chrysler. Just
had transmission service performed 3k earlier by Palmer Dodge in Indianapolis.
Glenway rips you off. Specifically asked for fluid level check. Drained transmission
and discarded without performing specifically requested tasks which could have
proven previous bad service and validated lawsuit. Door lock went out recently.
Called Glenway, price quote $150. Called Kerry Dodge on East side, price quote
$105. Glenway sucks and were not friendly nor helpful; nor will they listen
to you. Glenway is a piece of crap. I am trying to unload my Dodge now. Never
will I take my truck back to them.

Sales=Good, Service=Fair,
I work for a pharmaceutical company and supervise the fleet of 7 Caravans for
the past 9 years. The company I work for has used Dodge Caravans for 4 years
now. Replacing them every year and a half or so. My company leases all there
vehicles through a national leasing company. Glenway Dodge's service dept has
always treated me with respect. They are a little slow on turn around time on
small repairs but not the big ones (go figure). The body shop doesn't know how
to put in a window regulator. When I go and pick up a van there sales dept is
very good to me. When I was looking for my Ram 1500 4x4 in 97 they were the
most expensive place around and little selection but nice at the same time.
I would recommend them if you got time to wait and you want a family car.
